Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ business landscapes

- Chair cross-functional innovation labs exploring AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members to inform high-stakes decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and market entry strategies
- Drive organizational culture of continuous innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
