Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions in our innovation labs
- Deliver quarterly trend briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 milestones
- Author thought leadership publications positioning our industry's future trajectory
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global enterprises
- Portfolio showcasing trend analysis to product impact pipeline
