As a key member of our C-suite leadership team, you'll spearhead initiatives that anticipate global shifts, identify paradigm-altering technologies, and translate future insights into actionable strategies. You'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and executive stakeholders to incubate breakthrough innovations while ensuring alignment with our core mission of sustainable growth and human-centric advancement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Present future trend briefings to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and emerging tech startups
- Design and implement organizational innovation methodologies and culture transformation programs
- Oversee patent strategy and intellectual property development for disruptive innovations
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services from future trend insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, MBA, or equivalent technical discipline
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis) and AI-driven trend prediction tools
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and ethical implications
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (books, journals, white papers)
