Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions and opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead ideation workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed innovation across all departments
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or business models
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
