- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks to position the company as an industry disruptor
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and prototype next-generation solutions
- Present actionable foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across all organizational levels
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or recognized speaker on innovation topics
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Experience leading cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams
