- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with actionable recommendations
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects exploring quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks focused on future studies
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing corporate strategy and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent field
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
