Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026
- Develop and execute cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab team of researchers and technologists
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and rapid prototyping
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and marketing
