Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop and maintain the organization's 2026 Strategic Innovation Framework
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present futures scenarios to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development
- Create annual 'State of the Future' reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published futurism work or thought leadership
