Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Develop AI-powered trend analysis systems identifying emerging tech disruptions
- Present future-state visions to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish global innovation ecosystems with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive organizational adoption of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations brought to market
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
