Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy identifying emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-generation technologies
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, nanotechnology, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong leadership background managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- PMP or similar certification preferred
