Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
