- Drive organizational transformation through agile methodologies and human-centered design
- Build global thought leadership networks and publish seminal research on future trends
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through venture partnerships and government grants
- Mentor talent in future-proofing skills and exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent domain expertise
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
