- Analyze emerging technologies and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Design and execute strategic innovation frameworks for product/service evolution
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Develop scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
