Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends, technologies, and societal shifts to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and scale future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track their market impact
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for trend integration and scenario planning
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing applications
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
