Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop robust scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Translate complex futures insights into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in foresight, strategy consulting, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience facilitating strategic workshops with cross-functional teams
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
