Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruption and identify whitespace opportunities
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-machine collaboration and ethical AI implementation
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate breakthrough startups
- Present future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Oversee prototyping of 2026 scenarios in our immersive innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong background in sustainability transitions and circular economy models
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or industry disruption
