Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with transformative potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future-ready ecosystems
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on societal impact of emerging technologies
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic frameworks at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology R&D
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynote engagements
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
