Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and synthetic biology
- Design exponential growth strategies for Fortune 500 partners in healthcare and manufacturing
- Curate and host global futurist forums with MIT, NASA, and WHO thought leaders
- Translate emerging tech trends into patentable IP and commercialization roadmaps
- Mentor internal 'Future Labs' teams in rapid prototyping and agile foresight methodologies
- Present strategic briefings to board members on disruptive market inflection points
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy at tech unicorns or Fortune 100 companies
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/bio)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures or tech journals
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for moonshot initiatives
