- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideation, prototyping, and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish KPIs to track innovation portfolio performance and ROI
- Curate an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academics, and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record launching technology-driven products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or climate solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative methodologies and future-shaping projects
