Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing futuristic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional innovation teams

- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent
