Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for sustainable technology adoption across healthcare, finance, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted blockchain ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present future scenarios to executive boards and investor summits
- Establish innovation partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ in futures/foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite teams
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling (Python, TensorFlow)
- Fluency in futures methodologies (STEEP, causal layered analysis)
