Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological and societal trends through 2030 horizon
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum AI integration in enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Architect ethical guidelines for next-gen neuro-interfaces
- Partner with climate tech startups for carbon-negative solutions
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development in synthetic biology and materials science
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend mapping software
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic innovations
