Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts by 2026
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and their business implications
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future trends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging innovation domains
- Advise C-suite leadership on long-term strategic pivots and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic futures projects
