- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Produce trend analysis reports with 95%+ accuracy for C-suite decision-making
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling future-state scenario proposals
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
- Represent Nexus at global summits (Davos, CES, Web Summit) as a thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or R&D with proven 2026+ technology foresight
- Published portfolio of trend analysis or innovation frameworks (GitHub/LinkedIn)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
