Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for market disruption
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners
- Translate foresight insights into product development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to board-level executives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling tools
- Certification in Foresight Methodology preferred
