Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for exponential technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neuro-interfaces)
- Develop predictive models for societal shifts in work, education, and governance
- Architect innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients and public sector partners
- Host high-stakes foresight summits with C-suite executives and government agencies
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in speculative design and scenario planning
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with global impact
- Published research in exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Security clearance for government-level foresight initiatives preferred
