Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical patterns, and cultural shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders, investors, and industry thought leaders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and innovation pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their business implications

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or foresight roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or ISPI)
