Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends to forecast market shifts by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation strategies
- Produce thought leadership reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and business models
- Advortise C-suite stakeholders on strategic pivots and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFS)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
