Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation in sustainability and digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Produce visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals impacting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
