Responsibilities
- Lead multi-stakeholder foresight initiatives to identify and map emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts through 2026
- Develop evidence-based scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating sustainability, ethical AI, and human-centered design principles
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate cross-industry think tanks and hackathons to co-create future-proof business models
- Mentor junior strategists in trend analysis and systemic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (generative AI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
- Experience with foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
