- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite to align future vision with product development and market expansion
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into executive-ready strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Monitor geopolitical, climate, and socioeconomic trends affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology strategy
- Proven track record in developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite decision-making
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
