Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and societal impacts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and board members through data-driven narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight findings into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech innovations
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile development environments
- Published research or thought leadership in emerging technology ethics
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
