Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor competitor landscapes and emerging technologies
- Document and communicate future scenarios to internal teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing disruptive strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or space tech
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation projects
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
