Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product ecosystems and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into corporate strategy
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, climate, and technological disruption scenarios
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future trends into compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or thought leadership on 2025+ technological or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing executive decisions through future-oriented insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their ethical implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
