Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry landscapes through 2030
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for identifying disruptive innovations and systemic risks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and thought leadership content for stakeholder audiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences and boards
- Published thought leadership in futures technology or innovation strategy (required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
