Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends impacting 2026's technology landscape
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation pipelines
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry keynotes
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting future markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning at enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or neurointerfaces
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects implemented at scale
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
