Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Design and lead cross-functional sprints to prototype exponential technologies
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Develop foresight frameworks to anticipate societal and market disruptions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and external investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, or biotech
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
