- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead quantum computing integration projects for AI-driven decision systems

- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen sustainable energy solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to board members and investors
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in biotech-digital convergence (CRISPR, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in Sustainable Innovation or Quantum Computing preferred
