Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business value
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, Web3, quantum computing, biotech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience with strategic frameworks like Delphi method, STEEP analysis
