Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario-planning frameworks
- Establish cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning engineering, marketing, and operations
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future markets
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic innovation or futurism consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
