Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, climate, and social domains to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing and disruptive risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product/service concepts
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms and their market implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future economic impacts through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder engagement
- Published work on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Experience with emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
