Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Facilitate high-stakes innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-ready solutions
- Present compelling strategic narratives to executive leadership and investor boards
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercialization pathways
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in futurist methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
