Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech disruption
- Lead scenario planning for quantum computing adoption in healthcare
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Facilitate executive workshops on biotechnology convergence trends
- Produce annual innovation roadmaps with ROI projections
- Manage $2M+ R&D portfolio for experimental technologies
- Represent company at global futurist forums (Davos, TED, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- 8+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting (minimum 5 whitepapers)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight credential
- Track record of scaling innovations to $100M+ revenue
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
