Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through horizon scanning
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation pathways
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and track adoption metrics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Proven experience translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
