Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, climate tech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies and proof-of-concept projects
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/neuro/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
