Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum-resistant infrastructure and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on human-AI symbiosis and climate-resilient technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups aligned with 2026 vision
- Design ethical frameworks for neural interfaces and biometric integration technologies
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their digital ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized networks
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums (Singularity Summit, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas time zones
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or advanced data modeling preferred
