Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends through quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Author strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout emerging startups and technologies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML trend analysis and predictive modeling frameworks
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (3+ years)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Global network of innovators and domain experts
- Track record of implementing future-focused strategies
