Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neurotech, climate innovation)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and business models
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Monitor competitor innovation pipelines and regulatory developments
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research on future trends or innovation strategy
- Strong network with futurist communities and tech innovation hubs
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational initiatives
