Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across global enterprises
- Produce quarterly trend reports predicting technological inflection points
- Design experimental innovation labs with $2M+ annual budgets
- Coordinate with academic partners at Stanford, MIT, and ETH Zurich
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption
- Present to industry panels at Davos and Web Summit events
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of launching $10M+ innovation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of biotech, AI ethics, and climate tech intersections
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
