Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging technological trends through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, biotech advancements, and sustainable infrastructure
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their business implications
- Advise product development teams on incorporating emerging technologies into 5-year product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, or sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating horizon-scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Track record of translating future insights into successful business initiatives
- Experience working with agile development teams and product roadmapping
